Shipping Policy

Due to Covid restrictions processing and delivery of orders may take slightly longer

Shipment processing time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving order.

• No deliveries are carried out on holidays or weekends.

• If we are experiencing high volume of orders some delays in processing orders may occur.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

• Deliveries should be completed 1-2 days form your order being processed.

• Deliveries are charged at €6 for deliveries up to 30kg within the 32 counties.

• Deliveries are charged at €15 for deliveries up to 30kg to United Kingdom.

• Delivery charges outside of the above areas on request.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

• Delivery Tracking Number provided when Order is processed.

Damages

• The Dog Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly (thedogshoplusk@gmail.com) within 24hours of receipt of the goods to file a claim.

• Claims after this time cannot be processed.

• Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
